Once ma-presence.online has been added as the administrator of your GBP, it will take between 2 and 5 days for the connection to take effect.
The information on your GBP will not be exported to ma-presence.online. Any changes made to your account will be visible on your GBP after some time. If you add photos, your old photos will not be deleted.
The connection with your GBP will be effective as soon as you have visible statistics on your Dashboard and when your Google reviews appear in the “Online reviews” tab.
To connect your Facebook account to ma-presence.online, go to the “Online presence” tab (in the Business Profile), click on “Manage connections”, then on the “+”, and “Continue with Facebook”.
You need to connect to the account that manages the company’s Facebook page.
Once you have logged in, you can click on “Facebook Connect” for the corresponding company. If you can’t find your Facebook account, delete the name of your business and enter it again.
